Abba House is a safe, comfortable shelter in the heart of Amarillo, TX
for homeless women with addictions and their children. The shelter
consists of 10 efficiency apartments with private kitchens and bedrooms.
The shelter can house up to 12 women and their children. The community
of women and children share restrooms and living area. Here, our ladies
can find comfort and serenity while they work to put their lives back
together, even if it takes a year or more. Without this long term help,
many women set themselves up for failure, and the cycle of addiction and
homelessness begins again.
